The moment we arrived, we were swept away by the stunning views of the water gardens right from our room. It was a magical escape, and we particularly enjoyed the more natural setting, even though the breakfast options were somewhat limited. The staff made us feel welcomed throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed for our comfort and relaxation.

Set in stunning scenery, the room was super comfy with a huge bed and an open-air bathroom that had an amazing view of the forest. The staff went out of their way, even picking us up from the airport. The large pool at the water palace was refreshing for a morning swim. Continental breakfast was tasty but limited to basics.

This place suits me perfectly with its friendly staff, refreshing spring water pool, and restaurant. I remember when the staff helped me print documents during my first stay. I'm coming back for a weekend.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend respite in Karangasem with good value. We loved swimming in the clear spring water pool. Bring less cash. there's a money changer outside but bad rates.
