The location being inside the Royal Water Palace really
enhanced our experience. While the staff were very friendly, the lack of air conditioning made our stay less comfortable. Overall, the beauty of the surroundings was breathtaking, but more attention to guest comfort would greatly improve it.

Morning Serenity by the Pools
Waking up to stunning views and enjoying a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear water was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance felt incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating.
However, the service at the restaurant was slow, and the breakfast options were rather basic for the price. It left us wanting more variety in our morning meals.

would definitely return
Set in stunning scenery, the room was super comfy with a huge bed and an open-air bathroom that had an amazing view of the forest. The staff went out of their way, even picking us up from the airport. The large pool at the water palace was refreshing for a morning swim. Continental breakfast was tasty but limited to basics.
